Smart Artists (Colloseus Entertainius) were formed some time after lunch on October 22 2002.This 4-piece band promises you one 'helluva' great night out delivering an instantly infectious brand of rock that captures energy and definition with a spontaneous feel.The bands formula for success is simple ….. combine rolling verse with catchy chorus and danceable rhythms. The result is a ubiquitous 'aussie pub' rock sound full of hooks and crunchy guitars. With 5 regional radio hits from their 2007 debut album 'Never Too Late', a brand new single 'Annie' was released in August 2008. Many radio stations along Australia's eastern states, regional areas and across the Tasman to New Zealand have picked it up. In fact, 'Never Too Late' still sits in the Top 20 of Australia's MP3.com.au music charts. It's fair to say that audiences throughout NSW and QLD through to the Northern Territory's mining town of Gove/Nulumbuy and throughout New Zealand's South Island can't get enough of Smart Artists. And as an integral part of their live show, Smart Artists also take a handful of carefully selected, well-known tunes that have been rearranged into their purest rocking form to compliment their 'aussie pub' rock sound. January 2008 began with the band tieing up a music deal with Red Hot Global (an Australian Adult Entertainment Movie Company) that sees its music launched worldwide. When you go to a Smart Artists gig it's quite evident that the boys aim is for you to come away a walking, talking testimonial about the band and the night you've just had. For entertainment managers, Smart Artists is a dream come true. The genuine article, a proven ‘Aussie rock band’ without the "attitude".
